Leider war der Boden nicht geputzt (sowohl im Apartment, als auch auf dem Balkon). Wir mussten erstmal putzen. Die Tür des Hauses scheint kaputt zu sein und ist wirklich sehr laut gewesen.

Limpieza, comodidad, cocina equipada, cafetera, sábanas y toallas limpias. Y zona de aparcamiento en la calle gratuita. Lidl cerca y cafeterías. En Uber se va al centro muy rápido y barato.

Todo ok.

Es un alojamiento muy comodo. Tener lavavajillas es un punto muy positivo.

Considero que todo es positivo. Los mínimos exigibles estaban suficientemente cubiertos. Pero si he de poner algo mejorable, quizas sea tener algun cubierto y plato mas.

The electricity of the apartment was poor. We couldn't cook on the stove or boil water for our baby's food or our own, while any of the lights were on. The power was constantly interrupted. Luckily a good neighbor gave us some wireless lamps to use. The amperage of the apartment is utterly inadequate and potentially dangerous (electric fire etc). We tried to communicate with the host, but they were very unresponsive. We didn't get an answer for 2 days. Then, they said that they are working to resolve the issue and other generic replies that served no purpose. Their strategy was that the days would pass and we would forget about it. More people have written about the electricity issue in the reviews and the apartment have a sign that tells you where the electric panel is, so they clearly know about this issue, but they choose to do nothing about it. We asked for a partial refund, but the host completely ignored us. The price for this apartment should be adjusted accordingly, until the electricity issue is fixed. Moreover, the apartment is in the semi-basement and the balcony was dirty and had no table or chairs. The view was the back of other buildings, nothing special. For the reasons above, I should grade the apartment as 0/10. However, I'll be charitable and grade it as 5/10, to account for the positives.
