Nice little 2 bed apartment overlooking the Aegean Sea in an historic village. Self contained. Good value for money away from the tourist hotspot. Oia is about a 15 to 20 minute walk away. Local bus stop about 5 minutes walk away. A walk in shower (not shower over bath).

Plunge pool pump was very noisy. Accessing our courtyard through a neighbouring courtyard from the walkway, was uncomfortable for them and us. Be prepared to carry your bags along winding hilly walkways, as the nearest car park is not close. Poor wifi. Poor hot water supply.

Absolutely loved how secluded it was and not a busy area! Is great for relaxation and get away. Not alot of rooms able to overlook into your pool either compared to the main area! Loved the cave. Loved having aircon and the big shower. The room was spotless and was made up when asked. The how was super responsive to questions and helpful ! Also they help with getting your bags to and from the accomodation ☺️

Be prepared to walk a bit ! Meeting points for pickups for anywhere such as excursions or taxis etc is a bit of walk and be prepared for stairs. But this didn’t put us off at all! However if you have mobility issues this wouldn’t be accomodation for you. our room had the cleaning cupboard attached outside so we were woken up most mornings from the banging of the door opening for the cleaners to get supplies to make up the other rooms that was frustrating.

Excellent location in a picturesque setting, characteristic of the island. The taxi dropped us off at a nearby parking lot, where a guesthouse employee was waiting for us and led us to the apartment. Access (5 min) is via narrow pedestrian paths—sometimes with steps—making me feel like I was in a fairy tale.Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. Very good restaurants in Finikia that are easily accessible on foot within a few minutes (3–7 minutes). You can easily walk to Oia in 20 minutes. Transportation in Santorini is very well organized. Ask the locals in Finikia where the nearest bus stop is. It takes 20 minutes to get from Oia to Fira, and from there, you can reach every part of the island. Purchase tickets on the bus using cash only—2 to 3 euros/person. The first two photos show the entrance to the apartment, while the third is a view from the guesthouse courtyard. The last ones are views of Finikia.

The double bed is in a separate area of the apartment, but there is no window, making ventilation more difficult. However, the apartment is very comfortable.

The air conditioning is really good also we had a lot of space we also liked the tv

You walk a lot of stairs to get up there yellow water came out of the sink and breakfast was the same and no options every single day
