Oceanfront 4th floor, Balcony with Spectacular Ocean Views
OCEANFRONT - Grazioso condominio al 4 ° piano, con ampia vista sull'oceano! Balcone con vista sul famoso lungomare e con pochi passi dal sentiero della spiaggia, questo condominio è perfetto per una vacanza al mare. Ristoranti e negozi sono 2 isolati a nord, e ovviamente la spiaggia; solo passi avanti. Camera da letto con letto king size con TV a schermo piatto e bagno principale ha una combinazione vasca / doccia. Il secondo bagno è comune alla sala. Il soggiorno ha un letto Queen Murphy e un doppio divano letto, TV a schermo piatto con streaming NetFlix, giochi, libri, DVD e docking station per iPod. La cucina è completamente arredata e include lavastoviglie. Mobili da giardino per il tuo divertimento sul balcone a guardare i bellissimi tramonti. Lavatrice e asciugatrice in loco disponibili per gli ospiti al piano terra. Parcheggio per 2 veicoli. A pochi passi da qualsiasi parte della città. No animali. NOTA: QUESTA È UNA PROPRIETÀ NON FUMATORI. NON PUOI FUMARE NELLE CAMERE, SU BALCONI, AREE COMUNI O PAZIENTI.

The condo we stayed in was bright and clean. We loved the recently updated cabinets and counters. It was not cluttered with to many pillows and beachy nicnacs, so that we had plenty of space to unpack our items. Of course the sound of the ocean waves and the view of the beach were a great reminder of God's creation. The walking distance to town is perfect.The one item that needed fixing was quickly fixed.

This was our first time on vacation on the Oregon coast. We could not have chosen a better place in Seaside. Very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The unit right on the beach front with a great view. We highly recommend this condo in Seaside.

This was such a comfy condo with an amazing beach view and super easy beach access and promonade for walking downtown. Would definitely stay again!

The view was to die for!. The unit was made up very nicely when we arrived.The unit was well lived in and was in need of a good updating. The sofa was old and worn but comfortable none the less. The patio screen door was very difficult to slide which made it very cumbersome. The table on the patio was rusty with pieces of rust starting to flake off. The patio furniture (plastic Adirondack chairs) were not very comfortable. The smart TV was very difficult to figure our even with the directions provided by the owner. You couldn't open up the windows and patio door in the evening because of the numerous beach fires next to the dunes, being used at the same time. At one time we counted 15. The smoke was thicker than a forest fire so you couldn't breath with windows and doors open. Very disappointing since in the hot weather that was present, there really wasn't any way to cool down. The unit did not have any fan for use to cool down with. The nice big parking lot across the street was a win. The lot close to the condo's was very small and cramped to say the least. Walking the Boardwalk each day, several times, was the high lite of the trip. The price for the unit was about right for what was offered and the state of the units repair. If the owner too the time to update everything they could ask for much more. We won't be back but that isn't to say you shouldn't give it a try and stay here. Others might not be as critical as us. Over all we enjoyed the stay.
