the location & the cleanliness
the shower has extra fee of 200 yen and during mornings its just till 9am. hostels and other hotels ive stayed before doesnt have any extra when using this facilities, it should be included all the time. also the staff were not friendly. and you cant store your bagagge for few hours after checkout and also during check in, they wont let you wait on the property as well very inconsiderate.

I have stayed here many times now. It's in a super convenient location (Kabukicho) near Shinjuku Station and has very clean, beautiful facilities. Although it's location is in a very busy part of town, all the floors of the building are actually very quiet, especially at night when sleeping. Shower facilities are great and available for use at a cheap (200 yen) price. The free drink bar and soft-serve ice cream near the front counter is an added bonus. Although I myself am not a manga (comic book) fan, there are tons of manga available to read for free.
Not much to say in the way of negatives. The staff don't really speak any Englilsh, but they use their smartphones as a translation device and that seems to work fine when there are questions from guests. (I speak Japanese but have noticed the interactions of other guests.) The capsule itself is only about 1.9m (6 ft. 3 inches), so it's impossible for a tall guy like myself to sleep completely straight without my feet sticking out of the capsule a bit. I usualy just sleep diagonally or bend my knees a bit to get around that. Sometimes there is other people's snoring as a noise issue, but overall most of the guests are always very quiet and respectful of the space.

Most except staff and elevator which only accessible from 7floor where reception is.
Staff, esp the older man as rude as other comments. Younger staff seem influenced by him as they aren’t as nice as those in other hostels though not as stiff and bad as him yet.
