Casa sulla spiaggia splendidamente decorata con quattro (4) camere da letto e tre (3) bagni con piscina comunitaria stagionale. È solo una breve passeggiata per la spiaggia o il suono - l'acqua in entrambe le direzioni. Puoi fare un giro in kayak o andare a pescare sul molo della comunità. La casa è splendidamente decorata con temi da spiaggia in tutto e si trova in una tranquilla strada laterale a circa 1 miglia a sud dal ponte che entra in Surf City. È il luogo perfetto per la famiglia e gli amici per godersi la vista sulla spiaggia dell'Oceano Atlantico.
La casa può ospitare fino a 9 adulti con dimensioni del letto di cui due (2) letti queen size, un (1) letto matrimoniale e un (1) letto a castello a piramide. Vengono forniti lenzuola, cuscini, copriletti e coperte. Gli asciugamani NON sono forniti, tuttavia sono disponibili per il noleggio.

I have stayed at many VRBOs on the east coast, this unit was packed with many pleasant surprises. We brought along all the basics for the kitchen and were so surprised to find these items in the already stocked. Dish soap, dishwashing detergent, some cleaning products, salt, pepper and a variety of seasoning. Paper towels and toilet paper! Laundry detergent too. We replenished what we used but appreciate the gesture. Soft beautiful towels were used and washed many times. A few more extra would be nice, more mirrors and definitely a full view mirror in bedroom spaces are needed. A make up mirror would be a wonderful addition. The outdoor balconies are beautiful but only two balconies have seating. It would have been nice to have private time on the balcony in the upstairs bedroom. Parking is wonderful and access to the outdoor shower and hose are easy to use. Lots of items in the outdoor closet, but difficult to move anything out as it is jammed packed with things. The community pool is such an asset but there are no chairs or places to sit, just the cement . We would have spent more time watching our grandkids here but wasn’t hauling a chair back and forth. Beach access is at 25/26. Maybe too much walking for older folks and difficult to carry items on Beach access 25 due to the long set of steps. Beach is beautiful and was sparsely populated when we visited. Lastly, I understand the units are used hard but this one could use a deep cleaning. Windows too.

The owners were excellent communicators and the house was great for our family. Although the listing stated there were kayaks, the owner stated that it was wrong so hopefully that will be corrected. They did provide beach chairs, an umbrella and a tent for the beach, which were not listed. So ultimately it was a win for us. The house was convenient to the sound and beach, which had beautiful sunrises and sunsets!!! The only downside was that the house was not as clean as I would expect for a 249 fee. But this is a rental and I don’t think the owners come down often and rely on the cleaning crew. Other than that, it was a VERY nice place! We enjoyed it.

The house fit our family of 6 plus 3 others perfectly. The 3 baths were nice to have for ease of showering and getting ready. The living area, dining room and kitchen were a great gathering place. We all had fun putting together one of the puzzles and spending time on the many porches which all had amazing views. We loved having the pool for the kids to swim in at the end of the day. The house was within a few minutes walk to the beach access and we also walked out onto the bay landing one day which also offered beautiful views. My only small complaint was that some of the dishes, cups and utensils were put back very dirty with dried on food which led to us washing anything before we used it. I would say this was a very minor issue and probably not something that the home owner had much control over. Overall the house and location was amazing. We would most certainly stay here again!
