Everything it should be, very clean, new and comfortable and being in the centre of town, on the doorstep to amenities, restaurants, shops so made for a vibrant weekend and place to stay. Also, whilst we had to pay more than if we had stayed at a hotel, with the ability to cook for ourselves, money was saved from being spent on going out, making it cheaper in the long run. A great alternative way to stay in Basingstoke.
Dishwasher tablets and cleaning tablets provided, and welcoming biscuits, nice touches..
No cleaning equipment such as hoover, dustpan and brush or tea towels. No kitchen sprays either to deodorise or deep clean.
More pans such as larger frying pan and wok would be nice.

"I like it very much. It's easy to find, near all the shops, the facilities are nice, and it's very easy to contact the personnel with a quick response. All amenities in the kitchen. Deposit was refund..."
