Can’t fault this property — genuinely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We felt like VIPs up on the hills, overlooking the bay. The house is absolutely fantastic and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We arrived with lots of plans to get out and explore the area, but honestly, the house was so beautiful and relaxing that we hardly wanted to leave! The views, the setting and the quality of the property made it feel really special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended — 10/10!

Beautiful house in a superb location. The views are breathtaking. The house is wonderfully equipped. Various terraces. Big barbecue. Apart from a small swimming pool -with loungers - there is also a gym (which we did not use as it was too hot). There were a few issues with the house, which were dealt with immediately. A car is absolutely necessary. There are many, many steps on the property: from the car to the house, from the house to the pool Not suitable if you are not sure footed. The Hosts are very kind.

The private terraces near the house had tables and chairs, but not a comfortable chair for relaxing. These chairs were only available at the pool.

Very nice house with incredible view of the Terracina bay. The house is very clean and very well kept. The house has everything inside to make your stay comfortable and provide you with great memories.

Perfect location, wonderful view, nice and spacious kitchen and layout, wonderful pool area and garden. Will go there again!
