La villa si trova in una tenuta pittoresca a Evia, a solo 1 ora dall'aeroporto internazionale di Atene. Mentre nelle vicinanze si trovano molte spiagge degli Egeo, siti archeologici e sentieri di montagna, il prendisole presso la piscina è un must! La villa è costruita in un terreno di 5,5 ettari circondato da ulivi e giardino colorato. La tenuta dispone di un campo da tennis completamente attrezzato per giorno e notte, che può essere trasformato per ospitare una partita di basket o mini-calcio. Una spaziosa zona barbecue coperta separata con angolo cottura completamente attrezzato con lavatrice soddisferà le avventure all'aperto di grigliate per gli ospiti.
La villa dispone di quattro camere da letto in due piani pronte per ospitare fino a 8 ospiti. Tutte le camere al piano superiore sono climatizzate, mentre l'ampio salone è dotato di ventilatore a soffitto e finestre in posizione strategica, permettendo il continuo flusso libero di aria fresca per una corretta ventilazione e raffreddamento dell'area. Una delle camere da letto è Master con bagno privato dotato di una vasca da bagno Jacuzzi per due persone.
Infine, offriamo gratuitamente pulizie settimanali, biancheria e servizio torre per tutte le prenotazioni a lungo termine.

A fantastic holiday home for relaxation and to do some exercise. You meet almost only locals. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. All in all, highly recommended.

This is an outstanding place to relax and entertain yourself with the many available activities (tennis, table tennis, basketball, football, swimming, pool games, etc). The pool is majestic.
The neighbour's donkey who likes to come to the gate for social interactions is very lovely also😅.
The host is very friendly and welcoming. We arrived on Saturday evening. George and his family were waiting for us. We had some lovely pastries and grapes from their vineyard. They provided our first breakfast so we didn’t have to rush out to the shop. We had all the information that we needed to enjoy our week long holiday, and enjoyed our time in the villa and in the local areas.
The host is available anytime to respond to a question you may have. The villa is well-maintained and spotless. Thank you Mary for your work and kindness.
If I have another opportunity to come back, certainly I will book the same villa. Thank you, George and family, for your kindness and the effort you put into this property which makes anyone feel at home.

The property is designed to a very high standard with all the equipment and facilities that you dont normally see in some villas.
The property was extremely clean when we arrived and the host took time to show us around the property explaining everything. Thank you for the snacks and drinks on arrival and the provisions we found in the fridge for us!
Standout features include the pool...wow! The wildlife ..especially the rare Scops owl we heard every night. The air-conditioning! Kitchen equipment, glasses, plates...and oh what a great self-contained bbq...amazing. i could go on and on..
But watching the sunset every evening over the distant mountains was something special.
Thank you also for taking the time to show us where to visit...beaches, markets, attractions on the island.
Just a big thank you from all of us for this rare find and such an enjoyable holiday.

George was there waiting for us with a lovely warm Greek cheese pie, which was very welcome after our journey. The villa is spacious and very well kept. Plus point are also the showers that have rain and handheld shower heads. The huge saltwater pool of at least 18 m long was really a joy to swim our daily lengths. The view from the villa is very gorgeous, you can see the sea as well as main land Greece. The neighbourhood village of Vasiliko has good butchers and bakeries and along the road you will find a fruit and vegetable store which sells great produce at a very reasonable price. The village of Eretria was our favourite place to have a coffee near the ferry port, at a place called The Lighthouse, whose owners were extremely friendly, like in fact all people we met during our stay on Evia.
