Room and bathroom are not that comfortable since the room is very small

We liked that there was a small private beach and the pool. The room was quite clean, with water, tea and coffee and kettle there. Nice lady at the reception sent us fruit platters. Cleaning is at the request (we didn't realize it at the beginning), so when you need to have the room cleaned, ask at the reception.

The sound isolation is not very good, but that wasn't a problem for us. The breakfast got a bit boring after a few days (they have 3 options to choose from), but probably people have shorter stays there (we stayed a week).

The service is slow and i had a cut on my hand and i bleed on the old used bed set and they charged me 300 saudi riyal for it which is half of the price of my stay saying it was a fancy expensive set ....what a con ....too bad of experience this time really.

Love the idea of ship hotel.. from my balcony, I able to swim freely and to the shore..the depth is deep though. Enjoy their pool party is real amazing!

Location was good, they let me stay for 2 hrs more due to my flight schedule.

Terrible experience. I booked a suite (Marecheal) for 3 days for my vacation expecting a comfortable stay but unfortunately things were unexpectedly very bad. 1. From the car parking area to the hotel, there wasn't any bell boy to help us with our luggage. 2. We were expecting a calm stay but they had a very loud music most of the time. 3. The washrooms are the scariest and craziest part. The hand flush was so hard to operate and when pressed the water speed is as force as jet and it will not just tear your skin but also blow you(not joke, it's a serious HSE issue) I had complianted about this several times in phone and also f2f with the receptionist and the maintenance guys but in vein. 4. I requested my suite to be cleaned and the plumbing issues to be fixed while we step out for a dinner and while returning back to the hotel, the receptionist confirmed with a smiling face (everything is fixed sir and handed over the key to us). Only to our surprise we realised it was a big joke, nothing was fixed or cleaned in our room. 5. Jacuzzi had only hot boiling water untill I called them to fix the issue. 6. There is no laundry bag and the locker safe didn't had any password. (See the standard operating procedure to operate Safe, it's as complicated as performing a critical surgery) Totally terrible experience, i wouldn't recommend this to anyone who is willing to have pleasent stay. Few staffs are unprofessionals, they forget what they commit until you call them 3-4 times reporting the issue. A day before checkout a few maintenance guys came to examine the issue and they committed to change our room, but they never came back or did a call. 😐 Suite was never cleaned even when requested, multiple times.
