The hotel is absolutely stunning, set in such a peaceful and quiet location, which was perfect for us. The staff were all incredibly welcoming, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special mention to Musa, who took the time early one morning to tell us about the different animals and wildlife around the hotel gardens. He was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely passionate, and we really appreciated him taking time out of his morning to speak with us and share his knowledge. Freedom also gave us such a lovely welcome on arrival. He was cheerful, kind, bubbly and incredibly friendly, which immediately made us feel at home. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the warmth and hospitality shown by everyone at the hotel.

The hotel was a bit dated and needs some investment, that was my first impression. But then, as the days went on, we found it wonderful.
The hotel stuff is absolutely fabulous, very attentive, super friendly, and funny.
The swimming pool is amazing, the kids had the best time there
and the golf course is the best I’ve ever experienced, with all the wild animals peacefully crossing while we played golf.
three shuttle bus to city is amazing and very convenient
The rooms are a bit outdated and need some investment however, we felt very well.
Also, I have noticed that crisis in general near the big Falls are really very high so for this location the price is justified because all other hotels have very elevated prices too….
