Wow, just wow. Hotel is great, and the rooms are top notch with very comfortable beds. But above all - there is the amazing staff!! Adam went above and beyond accompanying us to the parking, then with getting a taxi through all the road closures (due to riots), and much more. Generally speaking - the entire staff was so patient, helpful, and accomodating exceeding all expectations. The city was chaotic due to bad weather, many flights getting cancelled, and the riots in the street - and they helped us navigate the chaos and helped us out with our flight getting cancelled and we coming back to the hotel at 4:30am after 12 hours we spent in the airport (after we checked out). I really can't praise them enough. And again - the hotel itself and all its facilities, wellness center, location - amazing all together!

No drop off/pick up at the front of hotel but the staff Simo was very helpful. He helped us with liggage to the main street to get our uber. Our staff super friendly

I loved the fact that it was in the traffic-free Gothic quarter. I also loved the rooftop pool with the magnificent cent views and the fabulous bartender called Tino.

The location was spot on and the staff were friendly

The ‘pool’ isn’t really a pool, you can’t swim in there it’s pretty much a kids pool
