Fantastiskt bra läge i en jättemysig stad.
Saknade balkong i vår lägenhet men det fanns en fantastisk terrass på taket så det kompenserade det.

Really awful apartment, especially compared to the photos on booking.com; no window in this apartment, awful bathroom (have never seen worse)

Sadly we had two singles instead of the pictured double bed, having said that there was a bed settee as well

Francisco is a very humble and helpful person. Always friendly and respectful. If something broke or was not working he fixed or replaced it asap. Stable Wi-Fi. Free bikes, Kajaks and SUP's. Regular cleaning and easy access to staff.
This is a low budget hotel with a super friendly host. Everything is a bit worn out and stuff keeps falling apart, but it's super cheap compared to the surrounding hotels and the location is splendid. The big appartments have a balcony with a nice view at the sea; the small appartments in the back of the building get a bit of light from two airwells. Nice roof-terrace on top!

Great location, servicial host, great value for money in the high season. lot of sports equipment to borrow for free. kayak, bike, beach cheers, and lots of other stuff. Things that vas not ok, for instance koffee maskin, was quiqly changed after we told Francisco. Excelent roof terrace, i used it a lot, evry sunset.
The floor. Damp and mosty in the bathroom, water vent under the floor. I lived in the ground floor.

The location is very convenient, no matter where you want to go in the Gran Canaria. The apartment is exactly next to the sea. Francisco is very nice and helpful.

The host was very helpful in finding information when filling out the pre-arrival questionnaire about Covid. He then described the route from the airport in detail. The icing on the cake was the offer of bicycles, paddleboards and other things for recreation for free. He tries to accommodate each guest with individual requirements (gluing my broken sole :-) The common terrace on the roof of the house with fresh air and sun, yet in the lee, is also good.
