I would like to thank all the hotel staff (room service, restaurant, reception) for their wonderful hospitality and comfortable stay, and I especially mention the gentleman Ammar and Ismail, who were the pinnacle of politeness and cooperation. Thank you, Mell Boutique Honel.

the location of the hotel is amazing, its 10min away from the airport, a very quiet place like you are staying at your home, the stuff was very friendly and helpful especially ammar, he was amazing and ready to help you wherever you want, the rooms was very clean, the only point that need to be looked is the breakfast, no options and not that good taste
they don’t have alot of options for breakfast it’s prepared tray with not that good taste

Ismail in the reception was so helpful and cooperative. Thanks for the wifi service.. The building has so unique traditional English style.. I love it

The staff was helpful. Near main locations in trabzon.
the rooms are all smokey, no enforcement from the hotel whatsoever. There is a petrol station just outside the hotel so photos are not accurate.

Cleanliness was exceptional. The sea view was nice and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel's design and decor was really beautiful. It is close to the airport and if you need to go to the city, there's a minibus stop just across the street. Also the beach is a 15 min walk.
The breakfast was simple and not tasty.

The hotel was so clean. It is a very good place to stay. It is close to a petrol station with a 24 hour convenient store. Our view is very nice. The staff were all attentive to our needs. Breakfast is ok. The hotel's design is authentic. We love it.
