the pool, the view and location

it was missing some essentials like a tea towel and parasols by the pool

Great location and friendly host.

The sliding door to the apartment was really difficult to get into, the lock needs changing. The neighbour above the apartment is also rude but we know this cannot be changed.

The view was outstanding and the apartment was a short walk to the beach and spectacular hiking trails. Cala Galdana beach is surrounded by huge cliffs which means it is protected from strong winds. The beach is stunning. The hosts were friendly and accomodating. The apartment had everything you could want and was extremely well stocked with the essentials, e.g. washing up liquid and toilet roll, which was really convenient. There are supermarkets nearby for anything else you may need. There are lots of restaurants near by and a harbour with a great selection of boat trips.

The payment arrangements were unorganized. I had to keep calling to find out how to pay. I was then asked to give my internet banking password over the phone - which was rather concerning. I would have preferred to have paid on arrival or at the time of booking via booking.com so that I could enjoy the holiday without worrying about payment. The host did apologise for the confusion, so hopefully this was just teething problems and that this part of the service will be improved next time.

Wonderful location with fantastic views over Cala Galdana. We found communication with the hosts to be excellent and they where very attentive to our needs. We will be bringing the family back here again next year to enjoy this spacious apartment.
