Edgartown House and guest house Waterview Peaceful Close to town and beaches

We had a wonderful stay. House is conveniently located very short drive to both Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. Hosts were easy to communicate with. The cottage is great as one or two people can have extra privacy but still be present with the whole group.

The house was exactly as advertised, great water views with a beach down the road.
Perfect for a family or group.
The host was very responsive during check in and even helped arrange getting a few items returned that I accidentally left behind.
Would stay again!

Wonderful property and owner. It has an amazing view of State Beach on Martha’s Vineyard with terrific breeze on the porch.. Enjoyed sitting there in the evening relaxing. Very comfortable bed and accommodations.....TV/Internet all excellent.....while full AC in the summertime would be an improvement, fans were enough once the humidity was normal.

The property size accommodated our family perfectly. The location was great for all the events we attended. The owners were attentive and accommodating.
My only suggestion is that the shower in the bathroom on the main floor be operable and that the air quality in the guest house be improved. A deep cleaning of the entire house wouldn't hurt.
