Very pretty, roomy and clean apartment with terrific view overlooking the water. Nice bathrooms. Quiet building. Quick, helpful responses when things weren't working or were confusing. Nice little shops nearby.
Entering and exiting both were tricky. Opening the lockbox I broke a fingernail because it's hard to open. We couldn't figure out how to get out of the garage, until another parker showed us a small hidden button that opened the doors. Lots of keys and, frankly, confusing instructions. The entire process could be streamlined. The mattresses should probably be replaced. The beautiful wooden hallway floors were unbelievably loud and creaky, waking up people in the other room!

Great location on the Quay with nice views. Spacious and clean apartment. Easy collection of the keys. Well furnished.
Quite a lot of stairs throughout the property which made the pushchair a bit challenging. Check in quite late (4pm)

The apartment was beautifully laid out. It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Food was available to us on arrival, lovely touch and welcoming, toiletries provided.
Distance from town centre. It would be helpful if air code was available. We would have found our way to property with greater ease
