Clean and modern

After staying in guesthouses for weeks, it was so nice to be in a hotel. Check in was easy, the room was neat and tidy and had everything I needed. The bed was comfy, and the air con and wifi worked well. Location was great too, only a ten minute walk to the metro station. Breakfast was perfect and filled me up for a lot of the day. Definitely recommend this place!

Very clean, well structured and pleasant hotel, with everything you need at the room and very attentive staff to help you out. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable even though the hotel is not situated in a very touristic part of town (which I liked) and with the pricing of the taxis in Tbilisi was not a huge deal. Also consider a very tasty breakfast, which is served till 11 am.
The only problem is the entrance which is situated on a ground floor. You have to carry your luggage yourself for 4-5 stairs. But it's one minor remark.

-location is good : walkable to city and not crowded
-DONT stay here during WARM day : the weather was like 25celcius, we tried to turned on the a/c - but it only worked as heater! Are you serius? On a warm day like this - why heater?
-rang reception, and was informed that no aircon at the moment only heater! - and they asked us to open window instead.
-opened the windows, and there were kids playing footballs and basketball all night long until like 10pm at night! Omg!!
