Il B&B si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa , in posizione defilata rispetto al centro di Noto che però si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi. La proprietaria è una signora cordiale e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti che hanno a disposizione una cucina con bollitore, macchina del caffè, acqua e succo fresco in frigorifero. Anche la colazione, solo dolce, è ottima . La camera inoltre viene regolarmente riassettata con cambio asciugamani. Altra nota positiva la presenza di un parcheggio privato.

Nulla. Segnaliamo però la mancanza di illuminazione di un tratto di strada da percorrere per raggiungere la struttura, pertanto è bene munirsi di una torcia o del cell. quando si va a piedi Ovviamente questo non è imputabile ai gestori del B&B.

Rosario was a super host for my weekend in Noto. I was the only person in the BnB on a January weekend but she still put on a great breakfast with fresh cakes each morning. The room with the terrace was very spacious and super clean. As an added bonus her sweet little cat came to visit on the terrace😀 The BnB is out the main town (10min walk) so has dedicated parking and in good location to travel to Vendicari or Ancient Noto if needed. Also makes it easy getting there off the E45 by car BTW don’t be put off by the narrow road to the BnB, the property inside the gate is excellent!

Najlepszy nocleg w jakim byłam w życiu! Właścicielka to niesamowicie miła i pomocna osoba. Pokój i łazienka były tak czyste, że można byłoby jeść z podłogi :) Śniadanie było zawsze starannie przygotowane, było tam wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, żeby porządnie najeść się na cały dzień. Przepiękna okolica, bardzo blisko centrum Noto. Przyjeżdżajcie, bo naprawdę się nie zawiedziecie. Polecam z całego serca!

Outstanding breakfast with a great selection of food. The B&B provides a private and secure parking spot for the car. WiFi works well. Since the B&B is a little bit away from downtown Noto it is a quiet area what ensures a good night sleep.

The beds are, in our opinion, pretty soft what caused some back-pain in the morning.

Very nice and big room, you can park your car inside the compound (protected by security), very nice host and exceptional breakfast with homemade cakes. We really felt at home! It is 1mn walking from lovely Noto center!

We liked everything

The staff were very very good, unbelievable in fact. After our vehicle GPS decided to not cooperate and could not find the address, they tracked us down to come to where we were located and then we followed them back to the B&B.

The only hiccup we had during the stay was no hot water for the shower on the first day, and both my wife and I are grumpy if we are unable to have a hot shower - and that is anywhere in the world - even @ home.

The area is quiet. The rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast is great. The hostess is very nice

The property is a bit isolated at the outskirts of the town. Some noises in the morning or by guests during the day can be heard but overall it's a very quiet area
