Stayed here for the last night of our 14 night strip, coincided with my wife’s 40th.
I asked for a specific room they’d shown online and they gave it to us, with a few extras thrown in.
Cannot say enough great things about the whole operation. Hopefully see you again.

Location is perfect: 30 minutes from Khaosan road, 15 min walking distance to lumphini park, all commodities and transport at walking distance
Large family room ( 2 rooms communicating)
Free coffee and tea
No real common space so you have to take your breakfast in your room. And nowhere to just chill out at the hotel
