Nice place to relax and enjoy the beaches arround. You can reach the place from the next train station Beaulieu sur Mer and walk along the beautiful coastline. The place has got a washing mashine so you even do not need to carry so many clothes with you.

The price has increased in the last 5 years.

L'emplacement proche du centre et de la mer Le calme. Le balcon, La facilité d'accès. Le box pour sa voiture.

OLGA NOTRE HOTE EST AU TOP ET TRES REACTIVE BRAVO !

The location is the perfection itself Apartment has potential, but NEEDS renovation

Before booking I have checked opinions of other guests, and one said that the perfect location beats all the imperfections, well It does not, Apartment is old, and not goodly taken care of, toilet stinks, my husband cleaned it EVERY DAY, in order not to feel disguss on vacation, also there is lots of mold in the shower Kitchen Is not in a very good condition, there is a broken cabinet right under the sink , which in addition makes it difficult to properly close the door of the little fridge Air conditioner is very old, it makes noises while working, also there is a strange smell in the apartment in general and especially when air conditioner is on, there is also mold and dust inside of it, filters probably were not changed for ages
