Contesto accogliente e piacevole. La stanza e gli ambienti comuni sono puliti e ben curati. La ragazza che gestisce la struttura è stata molto disponibile e piacevole. Tutto perfetto.

Great location, wonderful hostess, cleanliness and beauty. Delicious breakfasts. There are several restaurants nearby with different atmospheres, but all have great food. The beach service is being phased out, but you can still find umbrellas, sun loungers, and amazing panini and vino.
We did not take care of mosquito repellent, but the hotel needs it in the evenings at this time of year. Perhaps additional pillows would have made our stay absolutely flawless. But these are all little things that we were able to sort out ourselves.

This was hands down the best hotel my boyfriend and I have stayed at in Italy over the past few months! The staff was so accommodating and absolutely sweet and amazing. The room was so nice and in a perfect location, and the breakfast was delicious.

Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Close to the beach. Breakfast with lots of choice. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly.

We'd like to say so many thanks to Francesca, you're the best host ever! So kind, generous, communicative and attentive! We were even rided to the train station after check-out.
The place is perfect for stay: it's not far from the sea (it took us 5-7 minutes walk to get to the beach), in a very cozy place. The room was perfectly clean, air conditioning worked perfectly, bathroom was equipped well. The bed is nice and comfortable.
Breakfasts are great! There was a range of food and drinks.

super friendly, responsive and kind-hearted host! Francesca took us from the nearest train station and back. Apartment is very clean, neat and cute! the beautiful beach is about 5 min walking from the apartment. the good cost of money. super comfortable for vacation with kids! breakfasts was so good and delicious!
it will be great to have in apartments:
1) the washing machine, even one for common use;
2) wine glasses, cooking utensils and possibility to cook in the kitchen

Everything was wonderful!! Cleanliness, the room is fresh! There were two of us, but there was a second room with a bed for two children, value for money ! Good shower room, good communal dining area, also excellent breakfasts. Francesca met us at the station and took us to the station at the end of our stay! The bed was softer than the clouds, the dreams were unearthly
A bit far from the beach, but you have the right to choose the best beach for yourself, we liked it near the Bungalow and free for the Nautico club! There was also a bad water pressure in the shower and the doors to the rooms would be thicker! But still these are minimal cons, since the pros are obvious !!🤩😉

Breakfast was very good, rooms very clean . Location is good, close to the beach and close to the local shops, pharmacy, bar and train station. The owner very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Il Canto delle Serene is a small hotel/pension in Anzio. Everything is new and clean and personal. The owner takes special care to meet your needs. It is easy to park your car if you have one.
This is not a hotel that very near the beach, but we were not there for the beach.

The hostess Francesca was amazing. Because it was so hot she picked us up from the train station to bring us to the accommodation. She was very welcoming and you could see that she wants to create an amazing experience for her guests. The room was perfect with a really nice bathroom. Also, the bed was super comfortable and had nice sheets. The breakfast is really nice as well and you are provided with the choice of an Italian breakfast or some eggs and bacon. She also brought us back to the train station when we left. She is amazing!!
