Great location, great host and stay there again if I return to the city

The owner was very nice and contentious to our needs.

I would have liked a TV on the top floor but the TV room downstairs was cozy.

close to what we needed.

parking was tight but worked. Not the owners fault just a negative.

Host was super accommodating, vehicle rental as well and picked my family up at 2am. Stressful makes ng plans for other

room great value for hockey peeps

Really was a "perfect place"

The location was perfect. It was quiet and private. The beds where comfortable, and the entire place just felt like home. The host was really helpful and responded quickly to my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

I wasn't able to park in the parking lot for the building because it was completely covered in snow and inaccessible. And with no parking available in the front, I was forced to park down the road and walk back to the apartment. But for the value, this was a minor inconvenience.

good

the location is great. close to everyplace we needed to go. The place is very clean and comfortable.

Did not clean the snow. it was very dangerous to walk. drive way was full of snow and very slippery.

Would definitely consider staying here again-

The property was well kept, clean and comfortable. The property owner was very professional to work with.

We weren’t able to park behind the apartment- the parking area was not cleared of snow and the entrance was too narrow for our pickup to enter. We parked in the street which was fine, just less convenient.

Great place to stay. Very cozy.

Location was perfect as we had events at the Ralph and the Alerus so it was far enough away as we didnt have the crowd noise afterwards. Nice to be right by Deeks pizza for an after Sioux win.

Got kinda nervous when was told it was double booked but was sorted out by the host so there wasn't any other problems than that.

Comfortable

Apartment was very clean and worked out perfectly for us. Centrally located to restaurants and stores. Would stay again!

Pleasant

Great location, loads of room, great price

Several outlets did not work, the parking was very hard to maneuver in a truck, there did not seem to be a "sofa bed" as listed. And the sofa upstairs was hard and very uncomfortable. Oh and most importantly there was no way to use the coffee maker. There were grounds but it was a kurieg and there was no filter for the coffee and no K cups
