The location just 10 mins walk, with a wonderful picturesque view, of Locorotondo was excellent. Tranquil grounds, a delightful relaxing way to start and end each day. The property was clean, fresh and tidy and had all the facilities required.
It was a very good base for touring the Valle d'Itria and Locorotondo was pleasant to walk around in the evening not over touristy, with some great restaurants. Our host recommended some restaurants which were superb, the pick of these was BINA, a MUST visit!
The host is still developing the lovely grounds but, the above ground swimming pool was a minor disappointment. Perhaps that's a bit churlish from me but worth mentioning nonetheless.

The location was great for getting into Locorotondo, and the room was generally very nice.
The pool area and sun lounging area were very different from the creative photography in the advert. The pool was dirty and in the 4 days we were there, was not cleaned. In addition, our beds were not made any day and the towels/linen were not changed.
