Idyllic Holiday Properties è una piccola e accogliente compagnia di vacanze che offre un servizio onesto ed efficiente per le nostre proprietà di proprietà privata situate in località fantastiche sull'isola di Anna Maria, sulla costa del Golfo della Florida. L'isola ha 7 miglia di bella spiaggia di sabbia bianca e zucchero dove vedrete i pellicani tuffarsi, i delfini giocare e la corsa ibis.
Abbiamo 6 proprietà sull'isola tra cui la nostra Beach House, che, come suggerisce il nome, si trova proprio sulla spiaggia con vista sull'oceano, e le nostre 3 case che sono a soli 200 metri dalla spiaggia e hanno il vantaggio di una piscina di forma libera con cascata.
Tutte le nostre proprietà sono splendidamente rinnovate, arredate in modo confortevole e dotate di tutto ciò che ci auguriamo che tu abbia bisogno per goderti la vacanza perfetta.

My granddaughter and I loved our weeklong stay at Seahorse Cottage to celebrate her 13th birthday. The pool was lovely, and we were only 100 steps from the entrance to the beach. What a great location! The beach was quiet and uncrowded... white sugar sand and clear turquoise waters within a very short walk from our cheery yellow cottage. We could also walk 1/2 mile to Pine Ave. shops which I highly recommend for teens. Two Scoops for ice cream was a favorite. It was a 10-15 minute drive to Publix for groceries which was handy. And we loved Coquina Beach Market (a 20 min. drive) on Wed., Fri., and Sat. in June.The cottage was spacious, and we cooked most of our meals in its kitchen. Comfy bed, nice big closet, and a wonderful sectional which my granddaughter loved lounging on. Clean bathroom with a good shower. I really appreciated the onsite washer and dryer and the wagons, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs left behind in the garage from other visitors that we could use. It was the perfect beach vacation. Everything we needed in a great place. Our hostess, Deb, answered our needs immediately. It was our first time on Anna Maria Island, and this was a great place to stay.

The Seahorse Cottage was an amazing place to stay. It was next to a great part of the beach, a short walk to restaurants and shops, and a comfortable stay. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

What a great property with a fabulous pool. The location was perfect a few steps from the white sand and five minutes to the Sandbar along the beach. The house had everything we wanted and would highly recommend

Construction next door was very loud. Finally on the weekend the construction workers were off but then the maids came in to clean the unit next door at 8:00 and they were louder than the construction.
