The location is amazing, the pool, the rooms, bathroom everything was well maintained and clean. They provide bicycle and bike rentals right at the property.

The bed was bigger than usual, space in the room was great, toilet also was spacious. The swimming pool is a plus for a hot day. The atmosphere and tours the organize are nice.
During nights they do a bit of party that can be a bit noisy if you are not in the mood but they finish soon. There is no option for including the breakfast.

Probabilmente il miglior Ostello di questo posto! Giovanile, staff gentile e disponibile, atmosfera festosa, posizione ottimale. Letti comodi e attrezzati, docce anche al di fuori delle camere di cui si può usufruire prima di partire se avete il bus piu tardi del check out.

Location and the atmosphere was the only good thing
The AC in the room are not working. They keep the AC off entire day and when they switch it on at 6pm the room is still hot and suffocating.. and this was very annoying because Ninh binh itself was so hot and humid you’d just want to come back to an air conditioned room and that luxury was taken away too
