Ruime en schoon appartement met balkon.
Op loopafstand van het centrum.
De auto kan bij het appartement geparkeerd worden.

The apartment was great! We were on the second floor with the main front balcony and could not have been happier. As the other reviews say there is a hill but if you follow the path from the city centre past the Honda motorcycle shop, Toomey Supermarket and turn before the Ribola supermarket this hill isn't as bad. The locate is much better then the east of Split which seemed a little more like 'downtown'. The pool was lovely and the loungers are comfy. The toilet and shower facilities are great if you check out and have time before your flight. Food and drinks can be expensive in Split but the self catering facilities help when trying to save with making breakfast and lunch. ANgela the cleaner is also so lovely!
The Wifi wasn't too strong throughout the apartment but it wasn't enough to complain about. The beaches are all stoney so bring beach shoes.

Rooms were very clean and well done. Good shower. Really great to have a pool with lots of nice sun loungers.

It was was a very new building with really nice rooms and everything seemed very cleaned and new. The bathroom were really good and big which was so nice. It was nice with a balcony with a bit view of the sea. It was nice with a pool and a shower outside as well and some nice sun beds.
It was nice there were a pool but it needed some cleaning. There were sand at the bottom and some of the tiles had fallen off and was at the bottom as well. It was also a bit noisy were we could here some noise from the hall and upstairs so when some came home from partying so we woke up - however this has more to do with the other guests and not so much the place.

Great location, Josip was very helpful, lovely pool and pool house. Flexible with our delayed plane for check in :) Good variety of sunbeds and the pool was never crowded

The location of the property was excellent. Only a 15 minute walk from the city centre meant it was easy to access but quiet and peaceful when needed. The pool facilities were excellent as well as the lovely modern outdoor toilet and shower that can be used even after check out on the day you leave. The ladies that cleaned around and in the property were smiling and friendly which is nice to see! The apartments themselves are clean and modern, decorated lovely with plenty of space and all amenities needed in the kitchen. The host was excellent at keeping in touch, gave us some tips and ideas for things to do on our trip as well as restaurant reccomendations, he checked in on us to ensure everything was okay and when I messaged him a couple of times he was quick to respond and very helpful.

Really modern, spacious room with great sized balcony and comfortable bed.
WiFi wasn’t great in the room, not a massive hinderance for ourselves but definitely something to look at improving!

Everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.
The sheets on the bed. I'm just use to one sheet, not two full size sheets. It's a personal preference and has nothing to do with the hotel's accommodations.

Size and cleanliness of the apartment was very good and well priced, the host was very helpful at all times
Self catering but had most things, a little disappointed that a basic item i.e a Toaster was not provided, A taxi is definitely needed to go out to eat in the evening

Great location about 15 minute walk from the old town. Apartment was clean and well equipped, and the pool was a nice bonus.

The property was exactly as advertised, very clean and the pool was a great advantage. The owners are so nice and accommodating and continually checking in throughout the stay to ensure everything is ok.
Being a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre is slightly inconvenient particularly in the warm weather and taxis are expensive (€30-40 for a 5 minute drive). However, there is a bus stop nearby which we only discovered towards the end of our trip which runs every 90mins from the town.

The lady was very kind but she didn’t understand anything we asked so we didn’t have the chance to ask for more information about Split

Perfect place to stay. 15 min to the center of Split and same time to the beach. Very quiet place and fantastic pool)))

Our stay was perfect! The rooms are very very clean, they are new and we had everything we needed for our time there. The staff is extremely helpful and above all very friendly. Our hosts provided us with numerous tips and was always available. A great addition to our stay was the outside pool!

Very quiet neighbourhood, no noise at all, just birds. The apartment is very modern and comfortable, and the swimming pool is a perfect place to just relax and do nothing after a busy holiday week.
The bed is very comfortable and it's a double bed, but they gave us two single blanket covers to cover ourselves, not the best solution for a couple. Just a small detail, nothing else to complain about.

Lovely, modern apartment. Had everything we needed. Good location twenty minutes walk from the old town. Beware that it’s on a hill, so it wouldn’t be a great walk for anyone with mobility issues!
Not enough sun loungers by pool. There are six or seven apartments, and only seven loungers, which isn’t nearly enough.

We loved our stay here. On arrival and throughout our stay the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating.
The property's position enabled us to easily walk to the beach in the day time and the old town in the evening.
There was nothing not to like.
