Property is large, with beautiful seating by the pool. Location is good, a minute’s walk to the main road from where you can easily get a tuk tuk to any destination.
Late check in, in spite of being in touch with the host and informing well in advance about expected arrival time.
Bathtubs in 2 of the bathrooms were cracked right in the middle and leaking. With 6 of us and a total of 3 bathrooms, there was no option but to use them at the risk of getting hurt or slipping.
The host compensated with a 1000 baht discount for the late check in (of over 2 hours after 12 hours of travel), but there wasn’t even so much as an apology for the broken showers.
The property does not provide basic toiletries.. the shower gel was some diluted handwashing which was also barely there.
