Nice Hotel in a rather posh neighborhood in Bangkok. Big rooms, good breakfast, good general service.

It was a nice and welcoming stay! The one BUT is very situational: we been called at 10pm on the last night with our two small kids (finally!) sleeping, to come immediately to the reception and pay for the upcoming night’s stay. (Even though we booked the extra night already at the reception the evening before and there was plenty of opportunity to let us know that we have to pay upfront.) We would have paid anytime they wanted but the reception did not make a move until 10 pm in the night. We just did not know that upfront payment was policy, as we assumed to pay at check out. So: C’mon. You can not blame the customer for such a (unfortunate) situation - as you did. That wasn’t the time to shine for the front service. Even though they were super super friendly the rest of the stay!

the hotel must emplace handrail to all stairs located on the property. I experienced a bad fall when i slipped on the outside back staircase. a handrail would have been important and prevented my fall down several stairs. my Bangkok holiday was ruined

The pool was open from 5am to 11pm so amazing for sunrise and a late night swim. The rooms were very comfortable and it is a great location, right next to Ekkamai BTS. The staff were lovely and helpful

Location is perfect-close to the train and bus stations.

It's a great hotel conviniate location right next door to the BTS and Bus station very comfortable and modern with very helpful staff friendly and welcoming they can't do enough to make your stay a pleasure The breakfast buffet is very good with a great choice of traditional breakfast fruits yogurt cereals and a nice selection of aisan food really great hotel I will be coming back evey time in in BKk There's a delicious Korean BBQ Reasturant attached to the hotel well worth a visit
