The location, communication before we stayed.
I sent an email asking where the fire escape key was but had no reply. My husband mended 2 blind pulls.

Good location and free parking
Host friendly
Shower good but small
The room was small
Bathroom tiny
No hot water for washing / taps too short only just poured the water into the basin
No hooks or rails for towels
Really extremely heavy duvet far too warm for summer / received it and just used duvet cover

Good size apartment and good location near the beach. Large main bedroom and comfortable bed.
Dated kitchen and bathroom, and not completely clean. Fridge desperately needs replacing, as does shower. Hot water not easy to come by - host had to come to explain. Unfortunately, not the best accommodation we've had in Swanage - but it was a last minute booking and was the only flat available. I tried to contact host prior to arrival but had no response.
