Positive:An impeccable stay. I booked with a bit of hesitation due to some older comments, but I am happy to say that reality was completely different and highly positive. The host has made major improvements: brand new air conditioning units in every room, a new boiler (hot water is instantly ready and stable), and a brand new washing machine. The free self check-in with no time restrictions is a priceless convenience for travelers. In addition, being on the top floor, the apartment was very bright and quiet, even though San Lorenzo is a lively student neighborhood full of bars. Fortunately, the building has an elevator, so getting upstairs was effortless. The kindness and availability of the host did the rest. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything went smoothly, I didn't find any negative aspects.

A Roma Termini, bagaglio a rimorchio, arrivi traquillamente a piedi in 15-20min.

The neighbours are so unprofessional, very rude they don't know how to talk with guests. Another thing appartment has no proper airconditions plus the bathroom and kitchens are very close, i am not very impressed with the appartment not recommended. I got so many call from the company which was quit disturbing and while you call back no one respond. The appartment has leakage in the bathroom.
