An unforgettable stay that will forever hold a special place in our hearts We honestly cannot put into words how special our stay at this hotel was. We came here for what was already a very exciting part of our Japan trip, but it became even more unforgettable when my partner proposed. Our original plans had to change at the last minute because of the rain, but the hotel went above and beyond to help make the occasion incredibly special. My partner secretly arranged for balloons, LED candles and a bottle of champagne to be prepared in our room, and the hotel made everything absolutely perfect. It was such a thoughtful and beautiful surprise. Even though the weather meant we didn't get to experience the famous view of Mount Fuji as we had hoped, the view from our room was still absolutely stunning and the hotel itself was everything we could have wished for. The outdoor bath was incredibly relaxing, and having access to private onsens made the experience even more special. The multi-course dinner was impeccable from start to finish. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious, and it felt like such a wonderful way to celebrate such an important moment for us. The service throughout the entire hotel was exceptional. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly polite, warm and attentive, and we genuinely felt looked after throughout our stay. A particularly lovely moment was when we checked out and Jin, who had organised our room, came to introduce herself to us. That personal touch meant so much and made our stay feel even more memorable. This hotel will forever hold a very special place in our hearts. We are eternally grateful to everyone who helped make our engagement so magical and gave us memories that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Thank you for making such an important moment in our lives even more beautiful. We truly hope to return one day. ❤️
