Stayed for four days on a business trip. Needed somewhere where I could work (= good wifi) plus good restaurant. Hotel facilities were good. Restaurant served good Thai and Western food.

After some initial issues logging into the wifi that worked well. Note the area is industrial so unless you are there for work, there isn't much to do in the area.

I don’t want to clean up my room but the hotel should fill the drinking water or hang it at door handle. This is the simple practice from 3star hotel.

Bed is excellence.

Room at new building not ready yet but hotel open for booking without notice/caution information to guest at booking page. Strong Paint/thinner smell in room. The way to room not ready, full of dust, under construction. Elevator out of service/ not on. Television in room not set up. Air con& compressor are very noisy and louder when working. Toilet equipment not clean, toilet flushing system not good suction. When the rooms/services not ready and no pre-info at booking page, hotel shall have full accountability for changing the room which ready condition even to upgrade room without charging or at east it shall compensate to guest with anyway of hotel privilege. The blue light is always blinking at keycard slot making disturbance to sleep. The bedding sheet and blanket cover is hard and irritate the skin.
