Posizione ottimale si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi sia Marina del Cantone sia il centro di Nerano dove iniziare il percorso per la baia di Ieranto. Casa accogliente con i confort necessari.

The minute you arrive at the property you are welcomed by the decent gentleman Lucciano and then taken into what can only be called a mesmerizing view of the bay and surroundings. However, I'm afraid this is the only thing positive I can say about the experience.

The property is advertised as fully air-conditioned but there are only 2 rooms with ACs and its definitely not enough in such August weather. Ants are everywhere and they tend to crawl over you in bed while sleeping. The bathroom smells. Windows are not cleaned which is a shame for such a view. The interior decor requires a major make-over. All in all, the property has potential but requires major attention to details from the owners

The location, view, and beds were all great. It is a very quiet location, easy to relax. The hosts were also very accommodating and helped us with recommendations for the area. The kitchen is stocked well to do your own cooking.

There were a few shortcomings of the property: 1) The property is advertised as having air conditioning for the full property. Only two of the bedrooms have air conditioning. When we arrived, the house was very hot and took a long time to cool down. 2) The pictures for the master bedroom are not accurate (which is a separate apartment on the upper level accessed from outside). The picture indicates panoramic views from windows along two walls of the room overlooking the coast. In reality, one of the wall of windows has been closed off with a wall and the remaining windows facing the water were very dirty where you could hardly see out of them. 3) Being an old house, the wiring/circuitry isn't designed for a heavy load. We experienced the breaker trip numerous times when my wife was trying to blow dry her hair using the hair dryer supplied by the house.
