位置不錯，要自行走去接駁巴士站，來的時候有接駁，離開的時候沒有，老闆老闆娘很客氣很熱心，這裡有冰箱可以使用

echoland區域沒有便利商店要走公車總站約半小時，建議先買好東西

We loved pension agi. Well priced comfortable accommodation in a great location. Walking distance to happo one as well as the restaurants, bars and facilities in echo land. We were just a few doors away from spicy rental where we hired our ski gear, and two equally close options for shuttle buses that could take us to any of the slopes in Hakuba. Our host at pension agi was lovely. He was very informative, offered train station pick up and drop off and gave us advice for navigating the local area. The breakfasts were delicious and hearty. They kept us well sustained for a day on the slopes. Each mornings meal was different with some typical western style food and some Japanese food. We stayed in a room with a private bathroom. I was worried it would be too small but it was fine - we were very comfortable with plenty of room for our ski attire our luggage and us. We enjoyed our 6 night stay at pension agi.

Everything was better than expected

loved the location very central and walking distance to everything in echoland, the owner was very welcoming, and easy to get along with, we were in and out of the room constantly, after a big day on the slopes we would come back to a clean room, which was above expectations. we texted him that we would be arriving early, and he offered to come and pick us up, and then offered to take us back to the station on completion of our stay. would highly reccomend to all friends

Exceptional hospitality — truly unforgettable stay Our stay at Pension AGI was nothing short of exceptional, and easily one of the most welcoming experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. Before we even arrived, the owner reached out to make sure we had transportation from the bus station. This meant so much to us, as we arrived late in Hakuba during peak snow season with heavy snowfall, luggage in hand, and very limited transportation options. That level of care before arrival already set the tone for our stay. The pension itself is immaculately clean, inside and out. It is incredibly well maintained, cozy, and wholesome, instantly making you feel at home. Our room was very clean and spacious, equipped with a heater that kept us warm and comfortable during the snowy winter. We had a private bathroom, which was spotless and well maintained, and we also noticed that the shared bathrooms were equally clean and very well kept. Staying here offered a true Japanese cultural experience — removing shoes inside the house and enjoying the calm, respectful atmosphere. Breakfast is served at 7:30am, and I highly recommend future guests to be punctual, as it is a truly pleasant and memorable experience. The owner personally cooks and serves breakfast, which is healthy, nutritious, and perfectly balanced with carbohydrates, protein, fiber, and vitamins. It was the ideal way to start the day, especially before heading out into the snow. For skiers and snowboarders, there is a drying rack downstairs, which is extremely convenient for drying gear after a day on the slopes. On the day of our departure, we had to leave early, and the owner kindly prepared and served breakfast earlier just for us. When we were unable to find transportation in the morning due to fully booked taxis and Uber, he generously offered to drive us to the bus station himself. This gesture was truly heartwarming and unforgettable.
