The ambiance, the smell of the place very comforting.
One staff member wasn't very helpful but the other staff members were extremely helpful.

The hotel is located in Georgetown close to everything. The staff were quite friendly and helpful.
We were on the top floor, the stairs are very steep. The shower had no shower head so water was splashing everywhere and the shower curtain was too short, the toilet was getting wet.
The face basin was clogged for 3 of the four days we were there (they tried to have this resolved but it wasn’t), we had to use the bathroom to brush our teeth. Saw roaches in the bathroom by the pool. Parking was an issue also, there were only two spots available for parking.
