The excellent location and the room itself, which was well equipped and had everything we needed.

The main issue was the complete lack of sound insulation. Every noise from the building could be heard inside the room, making it very difficult to relax and sleep. The wooden floor creaks constantly, and the room is connected to other rooms by two communicating doors. This is a very important detail that was not mentioned anywhere in the Booking description, and we believe guests should be informed before booking, as it significantly affects both privacy and noise levels. Another major disappointment was the communication with the host. At the beginning of our stay, she told us to contact her anytime if we needed anything. However, when we reported a serious issue that was affecting our stay, we never received any reply. Being told that help is available and then being completely ignored was very frustrating.

I think the hosts were fenomenal. I don't think I ever encountered a host I liked more.

Not being able.tomdo late check-in without the need to bother the hosts

There was no breakfast. Location was excellent.

Communication was poor. If you were using AI it was unresponsive to my questions. The lady looking after the place was rather erratic.
