Shower awful no power at all No mop Cooker leans forward so when putting foot/trays in they slide forward

Caravan was modern & clean ..site was nice & quiet at night slept great Would definitely stay again !

I wanted to reach out and share my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at one of your TowerVans caravan properties. To be honest, it was quite a shock to discover that there were absolutely no bed covers, pillow cases, duvet covers, or towels provided when I arrived. It's safe to say that this lack of communication about essential amenities caused a lot of unnecessary inconvenience and ended up costing me extra. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take immediate action and mediate with a resolution for the unexpected expenses I had to incur due to the absence of these basic supplies.

They didn't try and claim a deposit or extra fees.

The Caravan I was put in seemed a bit old.
