Very clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to the centre. Underground safe parking for a small charge. Nice garden and a bar.

This was good value in a very convenient position for exploring Limoges. The breakfast was good, staff friendly and room comfortable. Pretty much what I would expect from a good Campanile. There is no bar or restaurant but it is close to the city. The garage is very tricky to get into and out of - our (small) car struggled with wheels spinning on the steep ramp. In hindsight I wish we'd parked in the large open car park opposite, even thought that may have been expensive.
Getting in and out of the garage! Otherwise it was a great stay

Good position and friendly staff
The room smelled of dirty drains.
Air conditioning didn’t seem to work.
No cleaning on the second day
