Location was within walking distance of town. Lots of parking at apartment

Bed was uncomfortable. We had intended to cook but could not get the gas hob to work. Street noise

Casa Mirella was a wonderful apartment, perfect for our needs. The bathtub for soaking was a treat! Our hosts were very accommodating with our requests. We would definitely stay there again!

The only (small) negative was the hosts were having friends for dinner and we could hear every chair scrape & boisterous conversation. Since we are walking the Via Francigena we go to bed early. Fortunately, the gathering ended by 9:30 PM (early for Italians!) and it was blissfully quiet after that!

The apartment was clean, that was it.

Very inhospitable! We had a car accident on the third day of our vacation. Friends of ours came to help us to solve a loan car, etc. Then suddenly we had to pay € 90 (!) per night extra! After they were gone, the extra bedroom is closed bij the hospice. In other words, no 2-bedroom apartment. It is also a very dark unit without a living room. There is a sofa in the kitchen. The shower head is not attached to the wall, you must hold it in your hand. All in all, not the hospitality and comfort that we are normally used to find in Bolsena, while we have been coming here for 30 years. Not recommended!
