Clean room and washroom. Nice host, lovely breakfast. Great location, close to beach and town.

It is quite loud at night because of beach parties. The WiFi was not great in the room.

Wir waren hier für 2 Nächte. Die Lage ist gut, der Strand ist in 1 Minuten zu erreichen. Frühstück war ausreichend, Service war OK. Das nächste mal würden wir ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Es war nachts bis 5:00 Uhr morgens sehr laut. Auf Nachfrage wurde alles auf den letzten Urlaubstag der Bevölkerung geschoben. Allerdings war es in der nächsten Nacht wieder sehr laut. Das Personal war freundlich aber so richtig wohl gefühlt haben wir uns dort nicht. Wir würden hier nicht wieder buchen

Family run, very clean and very close to the beach. Main road is close enough to walk but to avoid the noise. Each room is well equipped with a small fridge & tea making station. There is some noise at night from the beach (disco) but nothing that can’t be helped with earplugs. The owner can also arrange onward travel / taxi/ transfer for a fair price.

Place. Is very nice and clean. Host is very helpful. Location is great. We will be definitely back.

In many ways this hotel is wonderfully located, just a minute's walk from the beach. The balcony looks out to the sea (albeit slightly obscured by buildings) and the main road through town is easy enough to reach. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were kind and accommodating to our need for a slightly late check-out after a morning of whale watching. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Although it is no fault of the hotel itself, it would be remiss not to mention the extremely poor night's sleep we had due to the property's proximity to a nearby beach club. If you go here hoping for a quiet and relaxing stay, which the location suggests, you could be in for an unpleasant surprise if there is a party on! I am hardly a light sleeper, but the sheer volume of the music and the intensity of the bass made it impossible to sleep even with ear plugs until it finally subsided at 2am. This was likely not helped by the fact that the bathroom window was broken, making it impossible to fully close. Ultimately, we were relieved that we were only spending one night in Mirissa, which is a shame because the hotel is otherwise very charming.
