Location is perfect! The apartment is very suitable for a family. Very friendly and helpful owner.

I liked the location close to the metro and a supermarket. The apartment is very nice and comfortable.
On the morning of the 1st day the toilet flush stopped working. It got stuck and water kept running. I informed the host and he fixed it while we were out of the apartment. That same day at night the same problem started again.
On the 2nd day the host fixed it again. That day at night, the toilet of the other bathroom had the same problem and had to dismantle it and close the water feed. It was disappointing having to waste my vacation time in fixing plumbing problems.
The hot water in one of the bathroom sinks has no pressure and does not come out warm.

Estaba muy limpio y la ubicación perfecta.
La forma de hacer check in y check out muy ágil y práctica.
La forma de hacer el pago de la tasa turística: en efectivo y sin ningún tipo de justificante.
Incidencia con el aire acondicionado: En toda la casa solo funcionaba el de la habitación pequeña. El del comedor-cocina no funcionaba y en el resto de la casa no había.

The apartment is perfect for a group. Clean, comfy house and all basic amenities were provided. Convenient location. Close to the metro station and bus station. Has a supermarket on the same street. Owner was quick to respond, had a good time.

Good location, with the metro station, cafes and supermarkets nearby, also walking distance of less than an hour to the centre. Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet area. The host sent clear instructions for access on email. My friends and I loved our stay there.

Quite central, you can easily reach by foot the city center. Quiet and safe area, in a clean building. The apartment is spacious and you have there everything that you need.

Location was good, close to a metro stop with local shops and restaurants. Good WiFi and smart TV facilities. Access easy with smart key automation.
The water pressure was not enough to run both showers properly at the same time. A minor comment, but the only negative I can think of. Also had no air-conditioning in the main bedroom - just a fan. Was not a problem at this time of year, but in hotter months it may have been.

Perfect apartment, place and location. The host was very nice person. The apartment was very well equiped. I highly recommend this plase and would like to thank to the host for his hospitality.

The place looks good, good location near the subway.
We were disturbed by the owner who came by, even unannounced and even when we were not in the appartment, for different purposes (to check the AC, to fix the dryer...).

A wonderful apartment where I stayed with my family. There is enough space for 6 people. The host is very kind. The place is clean and welcoming. We had a fully equipped kitchen, clean towels, mosquito net, air conditioning. Everything you need. Very close to the subway and the bus that leaves you in front of the Colosseum.
The dishwasher did not work.

Cute apartment out of the way of the big city. Easy walk to metro. Gianluca was nice and easy to get ahold of.

Comfortable and clean apartment, well equiped kitchen, supermarket aprox. 150m. Close to the city centre.

Well located ,quite close to the city,clean.
One of the showers was not working properly, almost no water pressure when both showers were used at the same time. We would welcome bigger kettle for boiling water as the apartmán is for more people. Also wine glasses were missing. Missing bedside table in the second room,few ants crawling on the kitchen so no,but ok . The local city fee was very expensive
