Location was good
The first night was very loud but they moved me and it was fine

Everything in the room was convenient and well-equipped, and the services provided were excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful, and kind, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. Therefore I extended my staying there.
Although there were no significant drawbacks to the hotel, the surrounding area could become a bit busy at night, and the noise may occasionally disturb light sleepers.

In the heart of Japan Town. Plenty of good food and bars available within walking distance.
Has an elevator.
Has Privacy.
No direct access by car or taxi, so if you have baggage it is a 200mtr walk over uneven surfaces. If it rains, you get drenched.
Poor WiFi. Sometimes working, sometimes not.
Had one instance of Noise at 8am, due to some drilling work in the adjacent building.
