Great value budget accommodation in the middle of the old Town area, with superb bars and small restaurants, lovely squares and fascinating Roman ruins. I'm not great with tech but the auto booking in system was easy and the info provided ahead of my stay was superb, accurate and thorough

This is budget accommodation but the noise between rooms on the same floor may be a pain to some. It's normal for small city budget accommodation in Spain, so I just take ear plugs because I'm a light sleeper I really get annoyed with people who pay budget prices for basic accommodation that is good for a comfy bed for the night but expect it to be like a 5 star palace! Plus it depends completely on how quiet and considerate the folk in adjacent rooms are, which is totally not the fault of the hotel

I'm really unsure how to rate this property. Honestly, I had a great stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was clean, there were extra showers in the hallway and a kitchen and seating area which I really appreciated. I checked in after 2 pm, so there was a receptionist there to help me. I saw a few people checking in with the machine as well and they didn't seem to experience any problems. I would also highlight that the staff truly responds 24/7, at least by Whatsapp so that was amazing. Also really appreciate the air condition in the room!

Somebody stole my food. I go to the kitchen and I see a man on the floor, my glass food box and all the food that was inside broken and spilled on the floor. That made me feel unsafe. I informed the staff immediately and they promised to take action but I don't think they did anything really cause I saw the same guy there the next day. Just a pro tip: don't leave your food in the fridge unattended.

Air conditioning didn’t go below 23°c so room was quite warm especially at night, no lift and we were situated on 4th floor

Giro spesso per lavoro e dormo in posti di medio prezzo. Sono stata anche in altri ostelli, la cosa che mindisturba sono le foto ingannevoli e il self check in freddo inefficiente. Aggravante nessuno parla inglese, quindi se sei in difficoltà e non conosci lo spagnolo addio ....La macchina del self check in si era bloccata , non potevo ricevere assistenza né dal loro numero h24 e ne da booking che amorevolmente diceva di non essere in servizio . Poi sono arrivati altri due ragazzi spagnoli anche loro in panne con il check in , ma almeno conoscevano la lingua , insieme abbiamo scritto al numero dell'assistenza dopo jn bel po vediamo operare da remoto qualcuno sulla macchina . Risultato 1h30 per fare il check in direi che non é il massimo . In più aggravante camera microscopica e noi pieni zeppi di bagagli , rampe di scale senza ascensore . Stanza rumorosissima e bagno microscopico , Una persona che superi la taglia 38 non potrebbe muoversi . Quella in foto sono io TG 38
