The spa was very relaxing and clean, the staff very helpful and friendly (they helped us a lot with rebooking next trips because of a typhoon), the lobby with free snacks is a plus and the restaurant serves fresh food. The room was spacious and quiet, with a superb view on the mountains. A lovely stay!

Please deal with fly issue. It really bothering when we are at dessert area and breakfast area.

Excellent spa across the street!!! This is fairly new and very attractive looking hotel. The lobby is bright, classy and modern. We enjoyed the complimentary freshly brewed coffee, tea, cookies and ice cream at check in and anytime (24-hours). Our spacious room was clean, had a comfortable bed and very good pillow and bed linens. It was nice that the bathroom had water from the mineral spring. The staff were all cheerful and helpful!!

The breakfast buffet was large but most of the food was served cold. The dinner was also large but needs more flavorful spices. It would be nice to have two tall bar stools on the balcony.

we came here for the hot spring, the public pool is famous for decades and it still maintains well also a nice. just the facilities inside the room is quite old fashion also feel humid inside the room. and the room is no view, which is not described when making the reservation. the staff are lack of smiles which i do hope it can improve first. anyway we can have hit spring bath inside the room is still nice. i might give this stay 5 points and i might live in other hotel and come to this public pool next time!

The hot water spa is clean, diverse (including the typical area to boil one’s eggs in the hot water!), and outdoors. This was overall a very practical stay-over.

Breakfast gets quickly depleted of the few good things, rooms have seen better days, and the personnel while efficient seems perpetually bored, if not angry.
