their rules were like you booked a jail. it was a list of donts and headcount limit of 5 visitors was senseless.

when I arrived, housekeeping was still going on and supervisor was not there yet.
I had to wait for 1 hour till they finish… Garden was not clean. Pool is not maintained and some pool tiles are missing; my son got injured in the pool because of the sharp edges of the tiles…
The supervisor has no sense of hospitality…
2 kayak are available in the premises but with big cracks, so it’s not safe to use them…
the villa is not well maintained…
their staff have big attitude issues…

rented for family coming out and accommodation made it feel like a once in a lifetime trip…stunning villa…location was amazing and kayaks were a bonus…everything was working (was slightly worried about this due to recent reviews)…Umar was great and helped with any issues we had
it is quite expensive but is worth it…only issue was kitchen bin is too small if large group is staying…the outside bin is emptied daily so not much of an issue..we were told cleaners would come daily but never saw them and for the price I’d expected maybe a mid week clean and top up of toiletries…however wasn’t a massive issue

Excellent place to stay in dubai ,Everything was perfect , beautiful area around lots of privacy special thanks to omar who communicated with us and was there before our check in time he explained everything and was very friendly

1. One of the neighbors are very rude
2. Some beds rooms don't have keys, therefore there is no privacy. Also the main room have a gap in the main door so any one can peek.
3. Main room AC is not cooling properly.

The location & staff
Pool sink was broken & has a hall that both my sisters injured their feet. Garage door was not closing, and the villa door from garage side does not have keys.
2 bedrooms & dinning AC was not cooling first day that AC maintenance came to fix, we couldnt enjoy our time & privacy
