The apartment was very well-maintained and clean. It was equipped with everything necessary. The location was excellent, very close to great restaurants, the bus station, major public transport stops, and the train station. The air conditioning worked perfectly.

The location was perfect and the AC was great.

It was not very clean, and the lights in the stairway didn’t work, so I was bringing my dog up and down three flights of stairs in the dark which was both very annoying and dangerous. There was some problem with the tubing on the 2nd floor, so the stairs were also wet and slippery. I also once got locked inside the building in the dark stairwell because the automatic door buzzer wasn’t working. In the heat. In the dark. With no reception. For the price I paid, unacceptable. There were also two separate occasions where I found dead wasps on the bedroom floor, but I never opened any windows. There may be a wasp nest in the bedroom AC. I’m allergic, so luckily this didn’t turn into a major problem…
