Great location, cute room & decent price.

All four of us loved this place and were happy to be staying two nights there. The parking over the road was easy. Kilkenny itself was very accessible and we enjoyed our time there very much. The Bar had much to offer and a Kitchen Session, which was the highlight of our ten day tour. We absolutely loved the friendly and welcoming local people, who gave us so much enjoyment through their kindness.
We liked everything about this property and we would love to come back for another Kitchen Session.

was charged for 2 rooms for myself, mother and daughter. Lead to believe the twin room had 2 single beds when in fact it was a king and single. The other room was a double. All beds were extremely hard. Floors creaked badly and I could hear the host in the halls all morning chatting with early leavers.
