checking out procedures. Lack of communication. Unable to make contact for final checkout inspection. No inspection made at arrival either. After initial message re instructions to get key, unable to contact by phone and no response to messages. Due to inability to contact, appartment was left spotless, and key put back in box from where we picked it up. Apart from that, the apartment was lovely, clean, and in a great location to the boulevard for excellent shopping and eating.

We booked this for location, one of the party had mobility issues so being close to La Zenia for food, drinks & entertainment was the primary choice. It was very well appointed as in, we had more than enough items to have a dinner party with all of the crockery for nibbles etc. Rooms were comfortable pretty well appointed easy to use shutters etc. Some of us used the Hoppa scooter app to get around. Mercado at the end of the street, Saturday market around the corner and for us in Oct it was very quiet and peaceful. the apartment was immaculately clean and big mirrors made it feel huge. Great balcony spaces and a large solarium. Really nice pools outside as you will see in the pictures didn't use them because of the time of year but looked great for all ages.

the solarium was great but the furniture is worn, 2 of the 3 plastic chairs had broken backs, the 4'th was missing. Two of the metail chairs the base was broken but could use with cushions. The cushions were faded and stained (thankfully mainly in one side) but this was end of season so considering this it was probably just due a refresh. Could do with sun brollys - there was a base. The smart TV we shouldn't share iPad/Netflix etc and I was the only one who spoke french so very limited if you have kids - though there was a selection of boardgames to get over that.

Excellent house very well equipped. The pools were lovely and really clean Only a short walk to the large shopping mall.

WiFi was very poor. Some instructions for the television would have been useful. Quite a long walk to the beaches so better to drive.

Very nice apartment with fabulous solarium. Great location. Very good keyholders Sunny Homes. Very professional.

Only issue is no sun protection on the terrace and solarium. It needs an awning or umbrella or pergola so that you can use the outside areas during the day in comfort. All the other units have sun protection.

The location was very good you had easy access to shops and bars

Not suitable for more than 2 people very small and second bathroom was off the kitchen

The kitchen n living space was comfortable. Outside was great load of seats and sun loungers too choose from. The pool area was also v clean n calm.

The staff didn't collect keys when they told us they would. We sat around the property for a few hrs before they came and had to rush for our flight. The bathroom light illuminated one of the bedrooms. The bathroom in the livingroom also had poor ventilation and therefore smelt v bad the whole time. I think it's a lovely property however, would expect to pay less next time around

Great and helpful host, the location was perfect for us as a small family! Nice and clean apartment in a calm gated environment. We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment could use some updated kitchen tools and a vacuum cleaner. Outdoor furniture seem a bit old and used, but is still able to be used
