Very clean, all necessary amenities were available. It is less than 5 minutes wall from the airport making it very convenient place to stay in Almaty. I could go in the middle of the night to have dinner and even pharmacy was open at the airport, however most places in the city close by 8-9 P.M. This place is great value for money. The host even came to pick me at airport, making it a very pleasant experience as I couldn’t speak russian language.

Все получилось. Была небольшая задержка с ключами, но я прогулялся от аэропорта и как раз время прошло. На подходе к локации у меня заглючил смартфон, отвык чтоли от морозов. Не рекомендую спрашивать этот адрес у местных. Там много домов с этим номером с буквами и дробями. Я спрашивал у местных и обошел весь квартал. Меня встретили рядом с домом, что было огромным плюсом. Квартира в хорошем состоянии, все есть и работает. Единственное грязноват был пол. Я привык ходить босиком, и быстро понял что там босиком лучше не ходить. Еще мне подсказали удивительно чудесное место с традиционной местной кухней, я в восторге от Казахстана, казахской кухни и казахских традиций.

Everything is OK just infront of airport but make sure owner should come to airport and bring you in apartment ask the password of main door.

Location is literally 300 meters from the Airport entrance. Flat is very clean and for just a stop over, this option is ideal. As well host meet us at the airport and escorted to the flat, which was very kind of him. Good and fast wifi.
Entrance door lock was not working properly.

Excellent location close to the airport, allows you to rest and catch up some sleep in between the flights. Apartment is clean and has everything necessary for few hours stay. There is a small shop just downstairs to buy water and little snack. The host picked me up at the airport, all punctual and convenient. Drop off the keys very convenient (box next to the apartment door).
The stove to warm up the water for tea was not properly functional, it took me very long to get water to boil.
