Staff was great, Antonella was a really nice host.
Location was great, and at night it was really quiet which was wonderful.
The property needed a bit more attention towards general cleanliness, there were long black hairs on the floor and even in some of the drawers.
Both bedside table lamps weren’t working, and the shower curtain was mouldy. Also, there were some empty white boxes in the kitchen which we didn’t understand why they were there. It was extremely hot and as there wasn’t air con, the fans provided weren’t doing much, so it wasn’t easy to fall asleep at night.
The living bedroom couch was all apart.
Really really cheap furniture overall.

Cleaning should be improved. During 4 nights nobody take care of the room. I mean the bin, soaps, toilet paper were never changed, refilled, emptied

Perfect central location for our stay and arrival by Flixbus. Great communications and easy arrival and departure. Our greeter cheerfully made up the sofa-sleeper since my sister and I had hadn't planned on sharing a bed. The apartment was bright and sunny and spotlessly clean. If only the bed were more comfortable and not squeaky.
The bed in the main bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable. The worst part was the squeaky frame which made noise every time you turned over in bed. It was so loud that it woke up my sister who was sleeping on the sofa sleeper in the living room.

Sanremo was nice.
The apartment was very clean.
Some broken stuff, e.g. the shower head.
Mosquitos were everywhere and the host left all the windows open.
Too much hot and humid not to have air conditioning (not available in the apartment).
Even the stairs and the shared place of the building were without any air, and it was hot.
The checkout procedure is tricky, you have to go and open a gate, than come back and leave the keys, than go back to the gate hoping no one passed by...

Perfectly located for my needs. Staff were extremely helpful. Apartment was very clean and spacious.

the room we got was damp and with no windows so very dark and no air conditioning

Great location very close to the beach and the town and supermarkets. The apartment was the perfect size for 3 friends and had a beautiful balcony with great views of the sea. Great that it has cooking facilities too. We had a problem with our door and our host came immediately and fixed for us.
Only 1 wine glass, we would have liked more. The pots/dishes were not clean so we had to wash them before using.

The property was exactly as described. lovely and peaceful with plenty of greenery round about.
Wasn’t much if a dislike but it was listed so we knew what to expect but some air con would have made this apartment perfect.

The building is nice and the thick walls appears to keep it fresh.
The patio of the appartment is in front of the entrance therefore you can't really appreciate it as you will be disturbed every 5 minutes and people watching you, asking you questions about how to get in....
The shower door is broken therefore the floor will get wet and this is when cleaning the floor you find out it's not that clean...
No wifi is at your disposal, you have to go to the reception. According to the lady who remitted the appartment will tell you that the conception if the appartment does not allow wifi.
I have been told to park somewhere else when most of the guests use the front entrance space.
